Day 1: Arrive to Stockholm
Welcome to Stockholm, the capital of Sweden! Upon arrival to the airport you will be met and transferred to your hotel in the city.
Rest of the day at leisure - walk along the streets and explore the city of the royal family, and the main Drottninggatan - Queen Street, with many shops, bars and cafes.
Day 2: Stockholm
Time to explore the Swedish Capital! Today you will join Stockholm Panorama Sightseeing & Grand Archipelago tour.
City sightseeing in Stockholm by bus
This guided sightseeing tour in Stockholm passes all the must see attractions in the city with modern, air conditioned luxury coaches. The bus passes city districts and famous sights such as Stockholm City Hall, The Royal Palace, Östermalm, Gamla Stan (Old Town), Långholmen and The Royal Djurgården. During this bus tour you will get to know Stockholm and the history of the city.
Sightseeing in Stockholm by boat
The sightseeing boat departs from Strömkajen in the center of Stockholm. We leave the inner city behind and pass beautiful and famous buildings as we enter the peaceful Djurgården canal. Along the canal you will enjoy the view of several historical buildings, museums and beautiful green areas. Heading home, a fabulous view of the Stockholm skyline opens up – only to be seen from the water!
We recommend a visit to the Vasa Museum, a maritime museum displaying a ship of the famous king Vasa, which sunk after only 1300m. To make the most of your stay, Stockholm Pass can provide you entrance to the top attractions what you should not miss in in the city.
Day 3: Stockholm to Oslo
Enjoy the breakfast in the hotel and later transfer to the railway station on your own, where you board a train to Oslo. The train arrives to Oslo in the afternoon. Make your way to your hotel which is located a short distance from a train station.
Rest of the day at leisure - walk along the streets and explore the city of the royal family, and the main Karl Johan’s street, with many shops, bars and cafes.
Day 4: Oslo
Today you will enjoy a 7 hour tour of Oslo. The tour is a perfect combination of all the “must see” attractions in Oslo: the main landmarks in the city center, the impressive Holmenkollen ski jump, the stunning Vigeland Sculpture Park, visits to the Fram Museum and to the Viking Ship Museum, and a delightful 2-hour cruise on Oslo fjord. The best way to explore all the city’s highlights and to admire the natural splendour of Oslo from the sea. A complete and unforgettable experience.
Day 5: Oslo to Flam
Make your way to train station and depart early to Myrdal by train. Myrdal station is a mountain railway station and junction, located about 13 km from the village Flåm. Here you will board the famous Flåmsbana - one of the steepest train lines in the world. The train journey runs through fantastic nature, past the Rallar road, steep mountains, breath-taking waterfalls, through 20 tunnels and offers so many viewpoints that many feel like travelling multiple times between the mountain and the fjord.
Arrive to Flåm, where you will have some free time to discover this beautiful village. Rest of the day at leisure.
Day 6: Flam to Bergen
Today you will continue on this scenic adventure as you depart from Flåm by boat. You will enjoy a cruise on the Aurlandsjord and Nærøyfjord (UNESCO), the arms of the famous Sognefjord, which is also called the King of the Fjords. Some call them the most beautiful fjords of Norway – we will let you to be a judge of that. Upon arrival to Gudvangen, transfer to Voss by bus, where you will board your train to Bergen. After late arrival to Bergen, walk to your hotel across the street from the railway station.
Day 7: Bergen
Bergen – the world heritage city. Bergen is the Gateway to the Fjords of Norway. As a UNESCO World Heritage City and a European City of Culture, the Bergen region has the ideal combination of nature,
culture and exciting urban life all year around.
Bergen Pass for 24 hrs will ensure you get all the necessary sightseeing while in Bergen. Pass through the most emblematic places such as the Hanseatic Bryggen, with the church of Mary, the Hakon fortress and the famous fish market. Take a ride on the spectacular Fløibanen Funicular, which will take you on the top of the Mountain Fløyen, for overall view of the city.
Day 8: Bergen to Stavanger
Morning at leisure before you board a cruise from Bergen to Stavanger. Enjoy this 5 hrs cruise to the City of Stavanger, known mostly for its oil industry, but also culture, museums, and of course beautiful fjords.
Once you arrive to Stavanger, the rest of your day is at your leisure.
Day 9: Stavanger & Pulpit Rock
After breakfast at the hotel, join a 3 hour cruise on the Lysefjord. You will enjoy the view of the fjord, taste pure water from a mountain spring, and if possible you can also spot some of the local animals. The highlight of the tour is the Pulpit Rock, one of the most visited places in Norway.
Return to Stavanger & rest of the day at leisure
Day 10: Stavanger to Copenhagen
Transfer on your own to the Stavanger airport & flight to Copenhagen (flight not included).
Upon arrival to Copenhagen airport, pick up your Copenhagen card at the arrival hall and take a metro to the city centre – included in the card. Enjoy the famed charms from the past and present, including the infamous Little Mermaid and the rococo Royal Palace Amalienborg. Walk around Nyhavn, originally a busy commercial port, but nowadays a popular tourist place. Don’t forget to notice the house nr. 20, which was home to the famous writer H.C. Andersen. Especially during summer Nyhavn is the perfect place to end a long day.
Day 11: Depart Copenhagen
After breakfast enjoy free morning and maybe some last minute shopping. Depending on your flight details, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight home or another destination.
